A few days ago I wrote an article about ‘Halo Online’, a free ‘fan-made’ game that I recently discovered; which is a remake of Halo 3/4’s multiplayer & forge.
Well despite the recent bugs and glitches with the server browser and nearly deleting the game, I am happy that I stuck around to experience all of its glory.
Halo Online is a masterpiece and something that should be enjoyed by all. It’s nostalgic gaming in all of its entirety and has been bringing me and others pure joy in recent days.
I Even Started A Community
The community is fantastic and full of great people to meet. I even started a community server for everyone to keep in touch, play and share maps/modes on.
We host matches and just act like little kids again.
I think the server that I hosted yesterday lasted for 10 hours and included some fan favourite mods like:
- Midget Infected – everyone is tiny and run around some massive maps.
- Pirate Wars – fill the map with water, two giant elephants (big ships) and give all the players rocket launchers… Let the battle begin.
- Jenga – one player launches pieces of debris off an accelerator and tries to knock the 15 other players who are trying to balance on a destructible platform.
- And MUCH MORE!
Join The Fun!
Halo Online is free to download and Discord is free to join! so why not meet some new people and have some fun.
